Lauren & Kent had a Little Mermaid and a Toy Story cake.
Last week Lauren turned 5 years old!! We had a gymnastics party with her friends, which was a blast. They all had a great time playing floor games at the gym. We shared the gymnastics party with our friend Kent. Lauren had a Little Mermaid cake and Kent has a Toy Story cake. We had a party with our family the next Saturday...Lauren loved getting her Tinker Bell Fairy dolls and her Leapster 2. She also particularly loved the clothes she got. The next day was her actual birthday and we celebrated by taking Lauren to the Georgia Acquarium - just me, Keith and Lauren. She wore her special out fit that Grandmom gave her. She loves that outfit. "Grandmom did a good job of picking that out!" Lauren comments all the time. It was great to be able to spend one-on-one time with her on her special day! Lauren loved looking at the otters, frogs, and penguins...she also got her picture taken with Deepo the fish. We are so blessed and thankful to have Lauren in our family for these past five years...it goes by so fast!! I pray Lauren will come to know more about the Lord in the coming year.
