Today was Lauren's first day of preschool! It's hard to believe she is old enough to go - time literally flies. She is definitely ready to go to school - to learn new things and meet new friends. She picked out her outfit for school today. My dad said he liked her dress and she commented back, "It's not a dress. It's an outfit, Dad." (Sometimes she calls my dad "dad" because she hears me call him that). We went out to lunch for some of Lauren's favorite food - cheese dip and flour tortillas. On another note - the other day Lauren told my mom, "I don't know if I like John McCain. Does he like lizards?" (We had a lizard in our house the other day - it scared both of us until my mom was able to get it out of the house).

Such a beautiful girl!! I hope she has a great year in preschool! That's so cute about McCain & lizards, LOL!
